This Privacy Policy explains how Tiger Math (“Tiger Math,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Tiger Math mobile and desktop application (the “App”) and the website at tigermath.app (the “Site”). Tiger Math is an educational math app for children ages 4–12, and protecting children’s privacy is central to how it is built.

1. The Tiger Math app

We do not collect any personal data through the App. This is reflected in the App’s “Data Not Collected” privacy label on the Apple App Store. Specifically, the App:

• Does not require an account, sign-up, email address, or login.
• Does not contain third-party advertising and does not show ads to your child.
• Does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software development kits (SDKs).
• Stores learning progress, scores, and settings locally on your device — this information is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
• Works fully offline; it does not need an internet connection to function, and it does not send your child’s activity to a server.

2. Children’s privacy

Tiger Math is designed for children ages 4–12 and is built to comply with children’s privacy laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including its provisions for children.

Because the App collects no personal information from anyone — children or adults — there is no personal data about your child for us to store, share, or sell. There is no behavioral advertising, no profiling, and no open-ended chat or messaging feature. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will address it promptly.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Tiger Math may offer an optional premium subscription. Any purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not receive, collect, or store your payment card details. Apple and Google may share limited, aggregated transaction information with us (for example, the number of subscriptions), but this does not personally identify you.

4. This website

The Site (tigermath.app) is a static informational website. It:

• Does not use advertising or third-party tracking and analytics cookies.
• May store a small preference on your device (such as your light or dark theme choice) in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Includes a site-verification tag used only to confirm ownership of the Site with a search engine; it does not track visitors.
• Links to external services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our social media pages. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply — we encourage you to review them.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with business partners for advertising or promotional purposes. Because we do not collect personal data in the first place, there is no personal information to share.

6. Data security

Since learning data stays on your own device and we do not operate servers that store your personal information, the main safeguard for your data is the security of your own device. We recommend keeping your device’s operating system up to date and protected with a passcode.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because Tiger Math does not collect personal data, we typically hold no such data to act on. Progress saved by the App can be removed at any time by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it from your device. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a future change means we begin collecting personal data, we will update this policy and the App’s store privacy labels accordingly before that change takes effect.
